Going to camp is a BIG DEAL!

That's why we go twice a year. In April we go to Camp Siloam for Children's Retreat "SPROING"! Kids that have been to camp before love the chance to get back even for just a weekend in the spring. But for kids that have never gone to camp, this weekend retreat is a great opportunity to get a taste of what summer camp will be like before committing to the whole week in the summer. Summer camp takes place in July and is for 5 glorious, wonderful, exciting, tiring (in a good way) days.

What makes going to camp a BIG DEAL?
Going to camp is a big first step of independence for children. Many have never gone anywhere with out a parent. But going with a group of friends and leaders you know makes it the best time ever.

The biggest and best reason is camp provides a respite from daily routines and the opportunity to focus on their faith. Wherever they are in their faith journey, the camp experience leads them further down the path of following God.
